As our Mission and Vision statements mention, our vision is to be the pre-eminent, conscious-raising consulting firm worldwide, and to make our contribution by assisting leaders in catalyzing positive change in communities across the globe. However, our very special business model allows us to make contributions in another, more personal, way.

Our consulting firm is uniquely focused on the community and our first non-profit partner is the Neighborhood Resource Center (NRC) of Greater Fulton Hill. To be selected as one of our partners, an organization must meet the following criteria. They must be a local organization in the Richmond area. They must be both secular and apolitical and also be a certified 501(c)(3). Most importantly, they must be an organization that is set up to help people help themselves. After selecting a partner, we provide our world-class professional services in the for-profit marketplace and, after paying salaries and operating costs, we donate 100% of our profits to our non-profit partner.More info
